Terms of Service

Welcome to our mobile auto detailing service. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English so you know exactly what to expect when we detail your vehicle.
Service Agreement
When you book with us, you're hiring us to clean and detail your vehicle at your chosen location. We'll bring all necessary equipment, water, and cleaning products. Our team will treat your vehicle with care and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service if your vehicle's condition poses safety risks to our team or if weather conditions make quality work impossible.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We'll confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 4 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your service cost. We understand emergencies happen, so we'll work with you on genuine last-minute situations. If we need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we'll contact you immediately to find a new time that works.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements were made during booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Prices are confirmed when you book and won't change unless you request additional services. If your vehicle requires extra work beyond normal cleaning (excessive pet hair, heavy stains, or paint correction), we'll discuss additional charges before proceeding with the extra work.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and are bonded for your protection. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues not caused by our service. We'll inspect your vehicle before starting and note any existing damage. If we accidentally cause damage during our service, our insurance will cover repairs. You're responsible for removing valuable items from your vehicle before we arrive.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address your concerns at no charge. This guarantee covers workmanship issues, not unrealistic expectations about what detailing can achieve. We can't restore severely damaged paint or remove permanent stains, but we'll always be honest about what results you can expect.
Access and Location Requirements
You're responsible for providing safe, legal access to your vehicle and adequate space for our team to work. This includes parking permissions for apartment complexes, gated community access, and ensuring pets are secured during service. If we can't access your location or if conditions are unsafe, we may need to reschedule. Any additional fees for parking or access will be discussed beforehand.
Service Limitations
Our detailing services improve your vehicle's appearance but can't fix mechanical issues, restore severely damaged paint, or remove permanent damage. We'll assess your vehicle's condition and explain what results are realistic. Some stains, scratches, or odors may be permanent despite our best efforts. We use professional products and techniques, but results depend on your vehicle's existing condition.
Privacy and Communication
We respect your privacy and won't share your personal information. We may take before and after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. If you prefer we don't photograph your vehicle, just let us know. We'll communicate primarily through phone, text, or email based on your preference. Emergency contact during service will be via phone.
These terms protect both you and our business while ensuring clear expectations. We want you to love your clean vehicle and have a great experience with our service.
